Rules
Builds must have effort applied; tiny builds won't be counted toward the total
Certain builds, if large enough, can count as multiple buildings (this will be up to staff discretion)
Make the buildings livable and with interiors. Roads within the city are also required.
Infrastructure must connect cities back to the capital, either through road, rail, or port. This rule only applies once a second city for a nation has been requested. Effort must be applied.
Repeating the same building in the same city is allowed, but it must be very limited
Cities that are copied and pasted, meaning built using a schematic of a previously made city in the current season, are not eligible.
Levels
Level 1 - 10+ buildings - Claim Power - 300
Level 2 - 20+ buildings and 1 large structure/building - Claim Power - 900
Level 3 - 30+ buildings and 2 large structures/buildings - Claim Power - 1800
Level 4 - 40+ buildings and 3 large structures/buildings - Claim Power - 3000
Level 5 - 50+ buildings and 4 large structures/buildings - Claim Power - 4500
If your planned city exceeds 50 buildings, we recommend making suburbs in the form of other cities
Infrastructure Bonus
All of these structures can be counted as large structures/buildings or maybe even multiple large structures/buildings, depending on scale.
All infrastructure bonus structures must be built near or in marked cities. Effort must be applied. Only one of each structure can be built in a single city.
Port - Claim Power - 100
Requirements:
At least 3 large docks (at least around 20x10 per dock)
At least 1 Warehouse
Train Station - Claim Power - 150
Requirements:
At least 1 platform with connected rail lines to another settlement
At least 1 Ticketing/terminal building
Movecraft compatible railway
City Management
Once your city is marked by staff, it will show in your faction's /f cities
GUI and you can see how many and what cities your and other factions have by using the /f show
command.
By default, only faction leaders will have the faction permission required to use the /f cities command. To give this permission out, use the /f perms
interactive text menu and give permission: manage cities
.
Once in the GUI menu, you can see all your faction's cities and the faction surplus. The surplus serves as a means to collect all items produced by buildings, which we will discuss further now. By clicking a city, you will enter that city's building panel and see all available slots. Clicking into a slot will display all the building types you can build. To build, click a building type and click CONFIRM
. Once done, the building will be constructed.
To give only the player access to the faction surplus, give them the permission surplus
, and use the command /f surplus
.
For factions with at least one city, unused/excess claim power (power that is not used to claim chunks) will result in a daily payout to the faction based on the amount of unused power.
